Starting out an Exercise Routine

January is almost over and if you still haven't started your New Year's Resolution exercise routine, this week's tip is for you. You might feel overwhelmed starting out a routine from scratch, but it isn't that hard. A good routine will have three components: flexibility, cardiovascular and resistance training.

It should call for no more than 5 workout days per week and each should last 60-90 minutes. The link below (mainly The Best Workout Routine) will show you exactly how long, how often and how hard to train. Good Luck!
