To Succeed, Make Changes Over Time

When starting a diet, its easy to get overwhelmed with all the changes you have to make. Cutting out your favorite foods, eating foods that are low in calories and starting healthy habits can all take a toll.

Making all these changes overnight can put you over the edge and force you to quit your diet before you've reached any of your goals. A better way of approaching this is to make small changes over a longer period of time.
