Flexibility Regimen

Most people that exercise have a solid cardiovascular and strength training routine but when you talk to them about flexibility, it's almost as if they don't know what you're talking about, actually they probably don't. Flexibility is very important in the big picture.

While it isn't known to directly impact your healthy, stretching can decrease the risk of injury and increase the performance to your entire workout. In other words with stretching, you'll be able to run further and lift more weight.

While cardio and weight lifting can take hours to do, stretching should only take minutes a day. Read the Guidelines for Flexibility Training for more information on how to stretch.
