Lose That Thanksgiving Weight

Now that Thanksgiving is over, like most Americans, you're probably realizing the amount of food you actually ate. You got to the point where you were full and then the pecan pies came out. Even the healthiest people are guilty of doing this.

Fortunately you probably didn't gain too much weight from one day of binging so the best thing you can do for yourself is to get back into your exercise routine and quick. If you've never had a good routine, now is the perfect time to start one. Starting one can seem like a daunting task but it's fairly straightforward. You can devote as little as 3 days a week and still see results.
