About an year ago, I started the Straight Health forum so that people, in addition to reading all the information on this site, could exchange experiences and tips on how to lose weight, exercise and be healthy. Being in school kept me from devoting as much time to the forum as it probably needed. Before long, members left and the boards became overrun with spam.
Since I didn't have time to clean it up and tend to it, I got rid of it thinking that I'd never start one again. Now that I'm out of school and have more free time, I've decided to re-launch the forums. As I did last time, I'm doing it so that regular people can help each other achieve their goals. A forum is a great place to meet new people and exchange ideas.
This time around, I have my friend Paul to help me out, and with the time I didn't have an year ago, I will make it a place where, as Paul put it, you can find no-BS health and fitness information. So I invite you to go to the health, diet, exercise and nutrition forums, sign up and start posting.
Since it is a new forum, not too many people are around yet so Paul and I will quickly answer any topics that you post. Some of you may feel jipped since you don't think this is really a tip, and to those I would say this is very much a tip.
Being able to ask questions and receive answers from people who have gone through similar a experiences is priceless and can really help you get to where you need to be.
