Starting this week there's a new feature on Straight Health that you can use to motivate yourself to exercise. The Weekly SH Fitness Challenge is now up at the Straight Health Forums and will encourage you to push yourself to new heights every week.

Each week a new fitness challenge will be posted and everyone who wants to participate will first do the challenge and then post their results. Results can be anything from number of repetitions or total time it took to complete the challenge.

So how can this help you? Simple, people love competition. Are you really going to let someone run faster than you? Are you going to let someone do more pullups than you or bench more weight then you? No! When you find a way to push yourself to workout harder, you'll see better results in a shorter amount of time.
