When people start losing weight, a lot of them think they'll be on this bland, calorie restricted diet for the rest of this lives. This simply isn't true. Making healthy lifestyle changes such as eating healthier and exercising should stick with your forever but calorie restriction doesn't.

As soon as you reach your weight goal, you can increase your calories and start eating more. The only thing you have to worry about is monitoring your weight. If you see that you're starting to gain unwanted pounds, ease back on the calories.
