With the holidays right around the corner, you're probably starting to think of what to serve your guests. Typically, holiday food is known for its taste, not its nutritious qualities. Wouldn't it be great if you could have great tasting holiday food while also making it healthy?

In the past this may have been pretty hard, but with a new trends in taste and food technology, this is easier than ever to do. If you're the host of a dinner, consider changing some of your recipes to include healthy ingredients.
