Eat Less On Thanksgiving

This Thursday is Thanksgiving and with it, the day of what seems like unlimited feasting. Sure, pigging out on turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and pies on one day won't mess you up too much but if you are part of the minority that would like to aim for a moderate intake of food then there are some strategies you can use.

Eat a salad and drink water to fill yourself up with something that's low in calories. Use small plates to eat less and don't save your leftovers, give them away to college kids that will gobble them up with no problems. Have a happy Thanksgiving and don't forget what this holiday is really about (hint: it's in the name).
