With the cold season quickly engulfing the entire country, it's about time you start a solid flexibility regimen. Like most people, you're probably starting your workout with a quick 30 second stretch. The problem is that you're not fooling anyone.

A complete flexibility routine should only take about 10 minutes per day. It can be done 7 days a week and shouldn't take too much energy out of you. Stretching can reduce muscle soreness, risk of injury and increase your performance. What other 10 minute per day activity can promise all that?
